It is said, “Health is wealth.” In this contest it is noting that many people consider health means physical fitness, but it’s not true. We have to know about not only physical health but also about mental, spiritual, social and economical health. If you are sound in each and every area of health, you may be called wealthy in real sense. So you should improve your healthy life style in every spare of life.


Physical health-- All have twenty hours in a day and night. You must have to know how to manage time, because it is your most valuable asset. You should divide your time according to priority, because priority makes your life meaningful. First of all you should take attention to your physical health. For this you should take balance diet, sufficient sleep and timely exercise. Lord Krishna said in Bhagwat Gita,“ Anybody can solve his physical problem only being regular in his daily routine.” You have to strictly follow your time table. You have to get up early in the morning, but for this you have to go to bed in time. You have to exercise without fail. You have work and follow your passion. In this period you should not divert your mind no matter what the circumstances may be. In spite of maintaining every effort you feel unhealthy, you must consult your physician and act according to his advice.

 Economical health – For economical health you must have sound resources of making money. First of all you have to identify your passion. It is passion which will be your profession after sometime. So work according to your choice. Choice is everything which determines your destination. Don’t bother your improvise. Improvise can be improved. So be patient and keep on going in your path. The world is full of wealth. There is no scarcity of anything in the world. You may earn, take credit or donation, but you must have a plan. You have to continue your money flow to accomplish your plan. It’s said, “ If a door is shut for you, hundred doors have been already opened before but you have to dare to knock them.”Therefore, don’t hesitate to take help. Always keep in your mind ‘Goal is your first priority’. During compliance of your goal so many obstacles will come into your path, but you must have to overcome them. Some people laugh at you, some make you joke, some hate you and some praise you, but you will have to handle all of them and make a progress towards your destination. Mind your business not theirs. Keep on going straight. Today or tomorrow you will be successful.

           Mental Health----- Mental health is a factor to live a happy life.  Mental illness is a physical illness of the brain. Illness of the brain causes disturbance in thinking, behaviour, energy or emotion. The two most common mental health conditions are anxiety disorders mood disorders. You should show sympathy with such type of patient and consult a doctor in the early stage. In this age of Corona, you must aware of you and your family. Only having a sound mind a student can be able to study well. That’s why it’s your duty to be careful about the mental health of your kids. Coronavirus is more dangerous to old persons, so you should also look after them.

Spiritual Health  ---- One who takes birth must die. This is the ultimate truth of life. Spiritual health affects physical, mental and social health. It dominates other aspects of health. It can be enhanced and improved. It is achieved when you feel at peace with life even in the hardest of time. Trying yoga and taking time to meditate it can be achieved in several ways both physically and mentally. Always think in positive way, because negative way makes you spiritually unhealthy.

Social Health---Social health is our ability to interact and form meaningful relationships with others. Man is a social animal. You interact with people every day online or offline. Interpersonal relationships include family, professionals and friendships. There are so many diseases occur due to poor social health. Therefore, you must be careful about social health in this corona age.

Coclusion  ---- You have to improve yourself physically, mentally, socially, spiritually and economically. For this, you have to maintain each and every aspect of life. Life is a one time opportunity, so don’t waste it.
